Speakers

Jane Lauterback (ACC) is a Leadership Advisor, Coach and Mindfulness Leader at The Purposeworks, the company she founded. She has a global track record of guiding decision-makers at all levels through pivots, transitions, and uncertainty accelerating excellence across brand and financial performance, organizational effectiveness, and personal fulfillment. With interlocking expertise in business development, strategic marketing, and talent development with contemplative neuroscience, Jane helps leaders and teams make better decisions with greater ease, clarity, confidence and constructive action from pathfinding to measuring meaningful outcomes and social impact.

She brings firsthand understanding of the complex obstacles leaders face, having held leadership roles in global organizations based in the US and as expat executive in Tokyo. Jane’s industry experience spans technology, financial services, management consulting, professional services, media and entertainment, pharma/biotech, CPG, and agencies.

 

Kevin Ng is a Managing Director and Investment Specialist in the New York City office of J.P. Morgan Private Bank. As a member of the Outsourced Chief Investment Office, Kevin serves the sophisticated needs of endowments, foundations and large family offices that seek experienced guidance for investing and preserving assets. He brings a comprehensive outlook to oversee his clients’ complex financial scenarios so that they may focus on their top priorities.

Kevin helps navigate all aspects of portfolio management—asset allocation, vehicle selection, liquidity management and
spending needs—over a long time horizon and in a risk-managed way. He acts as an extension of clients’ advisory teams, communicating strategy and performance results to investment committees, boards and other related stakeholders. He serves as each client’s point person to the strengths of J.P. Morgan, leveraging the firm’s best thinking across all public and private asset classes.

 

Rony Ma is a Managing Director – Credit in New York of KKR. He joined KKR in 2011 and is a Managing Director on the Credit & Markets team. He serves as a portfolio manager for the firm’s private credit funds and portfolios. Mr. Ma is a member of KKR’s Capital Committee, Global Corporate Private Credit Investment Committee, and the Investment Committee for the FS/KKR BDC platform. Mr. Ma also serves as an Officer of FS KKR Capital Corp. (FSK), which trades on the NYSE. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Ma was with Deutsche Bank where he was involved in leveraged loan and high yield transactions for private equity and corporate issuers. Mr. Ma holds a B.S. and B.A.S. from the University of Pennsylvania.

 

Sabina Zaman

Partner, Financial Services – IPO Lead – EY

Sabina Zaman is a partner in EY’s Financial Accounting and Advisory Services practice (“FAAS”) based in New York.  Sabina leads our IPO services for the Financial Services sector. Sabina has more than 25 years of consulting experience serving multinational clients in the asset management, banking and insurance sectors. Her diverse experiences as an auditor, capital markets deal advisor and management consultant, enable her to bridge technical accounting and financial reporting advice with an understanding of business operations.

Sabina serves as the Treasurer on the One To World not-for- profit board and on the New York Chapter of the ASCEND not for profit board. Sabina is a CPA, licensed in New York, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
